I am Dr Manasa. I am by profession an Ayurvedic Doctor…proud to be practicing the most ancient holistic health science ever known to the mankind. I am also an Ayurvedic teacher. I had a dream to write and share my views not only about the health and its concepts but also about various facts, incidences and moments of life which make an impression on my heart and vision. No platform can be better than blogging.
