Slapping a woman…against Indian culture… December 11, 2009

Woman is worshipped and given a status of God in the Hindu culture in India. It is said that God resides in places where a woman is respected. But time and again a woman is either abused or tormented physically or mentally…at both familial level and also away from home at her place of employment. It is not that all do it…but atleast some do it to exhibit their false prestige, status or egoism.

Any work to start with begins by taking the name of Lord Ganesha according to the Hindu culture and tradition of India. Being a true Indian by heart and a devotee of Lord Ganesha…i dedicate this first blog to the holy feet of Lord Ganesha whom i have never seen…but has felt his blessings and presence in every endeveour and task which i have undertaken in my life. I also dedicate my blog to the feet of my seen gods…my parents…who have always inspired me to do something new and promising…..
